The postwar pipe problem

Homes built in the valley's boom years were often plumbed with galvanized steel. Decades of mineral-rich water narrow and rust it.

Partial repipes target the worst runs; whole-house repipes replace them all.

New PEX or copper runsOld galvanized or failing lines are replaced, in part or throughout.

PEX or copper

PEX is flexible with fewer wall openings; copper is rigid and long-lived.

How it goes

We plan the routes, install new lines and shutoffs, and pressure-test everything.

Newer copper homes rarely need more than a partial repipe.
